A 'Virtual Handshake'

Adapting to these unprecedented times, we were delighted to host our first ‘virtual handshake’ this week as Dentale received their new Carestream Dental CS 9600 CBCT. Delivered just before travel restrictions were imposed, we will be returning shortly to complete the installation and deliver our team training programme for when the practice re-opens in a few weeks’ time.

Over the years we have installed and maintained a comprehensive portfolio of imaging solutions for Dentale and the Oracle and Argo group of practices, so I would like to thank them sincerely, for choosing to work with us again as they continue to develop their onward business plans.

During our online meeting joined by Paul Lacy and Mark Garner from Carestream Dental and Hugo Patrâo from Swiss Meda, business owner Jason Buglass at Dentale explained:

“Whilst much is uncertain right now, I do know that being ready for when we come out of this, will make a significant difference to the continued success of our business going forward. As a premier SMOP service centre and training academy for Versah implant systems, combining these with an upgrade to our CBCT capabilities made great business sense as we formed our plans for the future and nothing about that has changed. As soon as we can re-open our doors, we will be resuming our highly successful practitioner courses and drill-guide planning services, all enhanced by the advanced capabilities of our new Carestream Dental CS 9600.”

Mark Garner, UK National Sales Manager for Carestream Dental added:

“I am proud to be associated with such a forward-thinking group of companies who, despite the current marketplace challenges, continue to deliver practical business-minded solutions to their customers. This collaboration between the HULBERT team, SwissMeda & Carestream Dental has allowed us to deliver a unique proposition to our customer and we look forward to our continued partnership in years to come.

As for Tony’s meeting, the current situation and requirement for home working has forged a unique alternative to the traditional handshake moment. No less important nor beneficial to the relationship, I think innovations like these may well shape work practices moving forward.”
