Support Beyond The Common Experience
100% 'uptime' is always the aim but however good the system, whether by mishap or misfortune, things can sometimes go awry. To ensure your system is correctly configured and used, we offer support beyond the common experience to ensure your troubles are few and far-between:
Some items are suited to self-installation but, if a product requires more than a basic knowledge for installation, we offer remote assistance or on-site configuration, fully costed at the time of purchase and delivered by manufacturer trained, certified engineers.
Good understanding avoids many issues so all our installations come with full induction and follow-up training supported by a Competancy Statement programme and in some cases, Verifiable CPD certification.
By employing the latest in remote management tools, many challenges can be successfully addressed by remote connection to your PC and sometimes, directly to the imaging system.
Our on-site support is delivered by experienced and qualified, manufacturer trained engineers with a reputation for first-time fix. We triage all calls to ensure critical downtime is addressed with a next-day endeavour.
For ultimate performance and maximised uptime, we can tailor a complete package of sundries and support from a simple planned maintenance programme to a fully comprehensive contract including all parts and labour.
NHS Supply Chain Maintenance Framework
Many of our contracts are direct with end users and owners but as testimony to our abilities, we are awarded to the NHS Supply Chain Framework for maintenance and supprt, where verified standards and qualifications support our bids to Acute Trusts, throughout the UK.
MES Support Partners
As further endorsement of our team, many of our contract operations are delivered as supply partner to major MES providers, including GE, Althea, Siemens and Philips.
